I believe therapy can be a useful tool in helping people to grow emotionally and develop new ways of thinking and relating to others. I see my role as a guide to help you learn healthy and safe ways to be in relationships and to care for yourself.
Often past trauma, abandonment, addiction, affairs, emotional difficulties and loss can leave us feeling vulnerable and distort our ability to be our best. It is my goal to create a safe environment during therapy, helping you to overcome past difficulties and begin living a healthier, more peaceful life.
I offer hourly individual or couples counseling and Saturday morning appointments for clients with work schedules that make weekday appointments difficult. Sometimes traditional hourly therapy doesn't leave adequate time for clients to feel the freedom to address deeper concerns, so I also offer intensive therapy involving longer sessions to allow for a less stressful environment.
