Online Appointment Scheduling

You can now reserve an appointment online. Sessions are for 60 minutes and available dates/ times are shown on the calendar below. Prior to scheduling your first appointment, please print out and complete the new patient documents found on "Getting Started" page, You will then need to bring completed documents with you for your initial session.

After selecting your appointment date and time, you will receive and e-mail and text reminders. Please review the cancellation policy and if you have any questions, please contact us.
